Here’s your first look at Compass Pointe’s new Ahh-menity Center, which is now under construction!  Residents will soon be able to enjoy so many unique features…

- A grand lanai with a firepit
- Flatscreen tv’s abound
- Grilling/Cooking area for Catering/entertaining
- Seating for 200 - 300 people with the choice of enclosed or open space, allowing for year-round usage
- Multiple indoor/outdoor amenity areas
