


No Bake Apple Pie
No oven, no problem! Enjoy this pie anytime, anywhere...
Ingredients:
4 c. sliced peeled apples (4 med.)
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (3 oz.) peach flavor gelatin
1 pkg. (4 serving) vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 (9 inch) pie shell baked and cooled
Combine apples, water, spices, butter. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer and stir 5 minutes. Stir in gelatin, then pie filling mix. Bring to a full boil, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, pour into shell. Add topping. Chill until set 3 to 4 hours.
CRUMB TOPPING:
Combine 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over pie before chilling.
