Lazy River

Residents asked for even more resort-style amenities and Compass Pointe made more of their dreams come true! Residents love the absolutely gorgeous lazy river, our newest addition to the Grand Lanai Pavilion.

We collaborated with Bradford Pools for these facilities, who is an internationally renowned leader in the design and fabrication of high quality and custom stainless-steel pools, hot tubs, SwimSpas®, water features, and other custom specialty products. Their portfolio includes projects with Caesar’s Palace, The Bellagio, Disney, and Carnival Cruiseline.

The lazy river is 410 linear feet, consist of 74,000 gallons of chlorine water, and features four access points and a handicap lift.

Around the lazy river you’ll find special water features such as sprays and soakers, tropical landscaping, surround sound music, bike racks, sidewalks, outdoor showers, and 11 cedar-shake top cabanas with golf cart parking, all for the enjoyment of our residents.

Residents of all ages are thrilled to relax  and cool off in the lazy river.
